| PT Panorama Bali, an Indonesia limited liability company, is the developer of the Panorama Bali Resort & Spa project (the "Project"). PT Outrigger Indonesia, an Indonesia limited liability company, Outrigger Enterprises, Inc., a Hawaii, U.S.A. corporation, and their affiliates (“Outrigger”) are not the developer or seller of the Project, nor are they affiliates of the Developer. |

Outrigger has authorized the Developer, for so long as PT Outrigger Indonesia manages the Project, to use “Outrigger Panorama Bali” and "Outrigger Panorama Bali Resort and Spa" on the buildings of the Project under a license agreement. Developer’s use of the “Outrigger” mark does not make Outrigger the entity offering or promoting the apartments in the Project, nor does it make Outrigger an affiliate of Developer.
